Shipping Carriers:
The carriers we use to handle and deliver your product orders is Federal Express and USPS.

Alaska and Hawaii:
We welcome shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Generally, shipments will be made through Federal Express.

2nd day and overnight orders are not guaranteed to ship same or next business day.

Fishing Waders Pro requires that all returned goods have a Return Authorization RA number assigned in order to receive credit. Any returns without an RA number assigned and clearly marked on the carton will be refused. In order to receive an RA, please contact us, When contacting us, please have your order number, and a list of items damaged or missing from the delivery. Claims against damaged cartons are to be filed with the carrier. We will assign a RA number that must appear in large clearly legible print on the carton and all returned paperwork.
Returns are to be shipped prepaid unless authorized by FWP or shipped in error. All goods returned will be charge a 15 percent restocking fee. For any shipping errors, or missing merchandise, customer service must be contacted within 3 days or all claims are void. Items shipped in error must be returned in their original state in their original shipping cartons.  

Due to Fishing Waders Pro rapid turn around capabilities from 4 domestic distribution centers and strong vendor relationships, goods currently out of stock may be able to ship when your order is released to the Warehouse . Conversely, due to a large inventory transactions from another customer, some of your items may not ship.
Fishing Waders Pro does not ship back order items. Should the items that you ordered be out of stock when the order is picked, the items will automatically be deleted from the order. You will only be charged for shipped items.
